Going through another maths paper2/3 . Inequalities and regions then continuing with algebra -forming and solving equations - in the contexts of ages/money sharing etc..

24th May 2025:
Going through Maths paper2/3 . Choose from Quadratic and fibonacci sequences; forming and solving equations; HCF/LCM and product of primes ; and simultaneous equations.

17th May 2025:
Predicting straight line and quadratic graph shape from its equation. Plotting graphs from their equation. Some relevent calculator tricks too.

10th May 2025:
Session is in the small meeting room at Albrighton Methodist Church opposite the chip shop.
Volume of prisms, mixing densities and bounds. Two-way tables & frequency trees, quadratic sequences, transforming graphs, compisite and inverse functions.

Solving equations with the unknown on both sides & intro to vectors
& vector proofs then fractional indices.

29th March 2025:
ratios (combining,simplifying and sharing) and writing as a fraction.

22nd March 2025:
continue unit conversions.

15th March 2025:
unit conversions and frequency trees and two-way tables.

8th March 2025:
loci and constructions with plenty of examples followed by a quick request on multipying fractions with mixed numbers.

1st March 2025:
nth term of algebraic sequences plus examples using geometric and quadratic sequences.
